I am pleased to welcome ifm electronic gmbh to my customer base again.

This lecture was about value and esteem. We also worked out a distinction between recognition, praise, and appreciation.

Often, however, they are only used as empty phrases, for example to ask for more. Or to make the feedback more pleasant. Sometimes also to avoid resistance.

In the end, it became clear to everyone that this is about openness, credibility, reliability, and trust.
