The team event "Together we are stronger" was a complete success. We learned a lot about intergenerational interaction. Communication and trust were the focus. Seldom worked so intensively and rarely generated so much reality.
The management program from 2012 to 2015 made us a well "grown together" management team. The exchange is now regular, respectful, clear, and targeted. We are happy to recommend Ms. Hesselmann's training courses to others.

The professional management training carried out by Ursula Hesselmann was a complete success. We learned a lot about how to cope with one another. We worked intensively with the subject of communication. In this way, what we have learned supports us in our daily work and makes an excellent contribution to pleasant and friendly interaction with one another.
The strong empathy of Mrs. Hesselmann helped our ranged management team to cultivate an appreciative relationship with one another. So, we could "let go" with confidence. She showed us that talking to one another is not that difficult, and so we developed a great deal of trust in Mrs. Hesselmann. We then implemented individual coaching directly.

The training prepared us in a very clear way for difficult and conflict-prone situations that we expect in the case of mass damage. It gives us the security of being able to react appropriately even in emotionally tense situations.
Through this training we were able to generate a new awareness and understanding among our managers and so I only received positive feedback. The role plays that were carried out, which were tailored to our areas, helped a lot. The joint development of goals / results between superiors and the HR department was also positively mentioned.
Thanks to her experience as a project manager and mediator, Mrs. Hesselmann was able to professionally integrate the various characters. With her structured and goal-oriented way of working, we were able to convert the challenges of the new product series into concrete activities. Thanks to her relaxed and fresh manner, we had a relieved working atmosphere.
You were the most impressionable lecturer. With your vigor and very positive charisma, you have managed to open our inner barriers. "Off to the box with the old clothes", courage to say I do not know that, but to try anyway and to test your own limits. The lessons with you were a lot of fun and helped me to handle my own blinkers.
