Change as a goal!
After only 13 months, the program has come to an end. It is hard to believe that so much time has already passed.
Looking back, we can say that it was an incredible experience! During this time, we have had exciting discussions, mastered numerous challenges that have pushed us to our limits, and had a lot of fun. And thinking about the end of the program, it is nice to realize that we have learned a lot and created many memories. So, we were able to live change as a goal!
One of the most important lessons everyone learned is that change doesn’t have to be a scary prospect. It can even be enjoyable if you approach it with the right attitude. This realization has inspired us to embrace change with open arms and look forward to what the future may bring.
Looking back, it is important to assess the progress we have made in recent months. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to achieve our goals and it is important to acknowledge our successes and identify areas for further development. The discussions during our last meeting took place in a Carthago motorhome, which provided a comfortable setting for our team to reflect on our accomplishments and discuss next steps and new opportunities.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone involved in this program for your hard work, dedication, and contributions. With your support, we had a wonderful time working towards a common direction and that was personal change as a goal!
