Successful pilot the 2nd

After the live session in November, the demand was so great that we offered a repeat on December 9th, 2009. This was well attended again on the time4you platform.

Content

Regardless of whether we are dealing with eLearning for the first time or are already starting the umpteenth project, it is always a challenge. We not only have to deal with a new topic, but also clearly define the target group and make the content available at the right time, in the right place, in the right amount, …

The question also arises is the pilot project really for the introduction of eLearning. Maybe it’s a pilot for a new topic or a pilot in a new location. Depending on the background, different topics must be considered. It should also be noted that an e-learning project differs in part from other projects.

We talked about a possible approach and necessary steps to design a project. We also clarified the following questions:

  • How can I make sure the project is a success?
  • And how can I say that the project went over well?
  • How do I get this knowledge?
  • Were the employees satisfied and motivated?
  • If not, how do I motivate employees?

The professional preparation of pilot projects is the basis for your future success. If you don’t take the first steps seriously and, specifically, and have them well-worked out, this will catch up with you again and again in the future.

Even if we talk about a successful pilot eLearning a 2nd time.
