My lecture took place directly at Küppersbusch in Gelsenkirchen on May 11th, 2011.

Our own perception and communication are different, we prepared that in a mini workshop with the specialist dealers.

Communication permanently influences our life and is the „root of all evil“ in human interaction. And – communication is present in all situations. We have therefore focused on customer relationships and on the wishes and needs of customers.

Then we went into the employee relationship and dared to look at our own personality. With the question of what we do ourselves to ensure that the employees are satisfied! And finally, a look at the suppliers.

As a result, we linked communication with other topics and established relationships with management, with teams, and with our own recognition and appreciation.
