Program end - Unbelievable but true!
A little more than 2 years are over now.
We had exciting discussions, challenging tasks, and an incredible amount of fun.
We have also mastered many breakdowns and interruptions due to Corona with sovereignty.
As always, there was also a personal-position-determination before program completion. Therefore, to name a development over the course of the two years and to identify further development potential.
This time we divided the discussions. Sometimes in my Coaching Motorhome and sometimes in a Carthago liner-for-two.
