We developed this blended concept especially for this webinar and the practitioners at Spiral Dynamics.

The background was that the still-young consultants will be able to integrate the topic of spiral dynamics well into their offers and training in the future. The challenge was to keep the thought open regarding group size, content, and preferences of the respective trainer. It was about small groups of up to 10 and large groups of up to 50 people.

Within the Value Match group, it is basically about sharing information and knowledge. So, it was also my intention to make my extensive experience of blended learning concepts as well as those of Spiral Dynamics available to participants worldwide.

And so, the webinar took place in English. Countries such as Holland, Africa, USA, Denmark, Switzerland, and Singapore were represented.
