Training announced in the truma employee newspaper

I had the opportunity to present my concept on the subject of „online leadership“ in the truma employee newspaper.
I am very grateful that truma is implementing training measures for employees and managers. In this case, it was a topic about „Leading in times of Corona“.
Managers from different areas and different hierarchical levels took part in 6 modules that are built on top of each other.
Leadership in times of Corona
Everyday leadership at Truma has changed dramatically as a result of the pandemic, but also due to the introduction of our mobile work concept. With the help of six online modules of one-and-a-half hours each once a month on the topic of „Online Leadership“, we succeeded in sensitizing our managers for this new world. The online trainings were developed together with the trainer Ursula Hesselmann.
Leading at a distance is already routine for some, but a new challenge for others. Since conventional leadership tools are only partially transferable to virtual media, the aim was to redesign familiar working patterns.
A holistic view of processes, culture, inner attitude, and behavior was the basis. With many practical examples and exercises, we approached topics such as structure, communication skills, motivation, trust, and emotional competence. Finally, we looked at the TOP23 from a meta perspective. The aim was to rethink our own inner attitude, to create a basis for trusting cooperation and fair leadership. Because that is what makes companies successful.
We will offer a similar series again in 2021 as an impulse and opportunity for our managers.
