Program start - Incredible but true, it is already the 5th group
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to get to know ten exceptional young individuals over the course of the next two years.
This time around, there have been more exciting changes to the program as we strive to optimize and adapt it to new conditions. For instance, Group 4 had online reviews and the Presenting module was conducted online. Additionally, we had a unique experience with the Team module. The participants stayed in Carthago motorhomes instead of the hotel – which was a first for some. We will be repeating this for Group 5.
Furthermore, we are now taking the Module Presenting to the next level. We add a three-quarters day intensive sequence in English language. And yes, this will also be done online! This will undoubtedly be an exciting and challenging experience for all involved. I am thrilled about this new development.
Oh, and I almost forgot! We have changed the name of the program from the „Junior staff program“ to the „Carthago Talent Program,“ or CTP for short. I am so excited to welcome everyone to this exciting new name and cannot wait to get started with the Kick-off of group 5.

The picture was taken together with the two ladies from Human Resources Development. It was at the program launch of Group 5 in the Carthago sales rooms in Aulendorf. It’s a lot of fun to work with the two of them to always come up with new ideas. Because the program is constantly being adapted and it is also becoming more and more sophisticated and challenging for everyone involved. This makes work fun!
