Further education only works with good training concepts that motivate
As an expert for educational counseling in education, training and further education, I will analyze your learning and knowledge situation together with you.
We will clarify the following questions:
- Where does the company stand?
- What and which knowledge is available in the company?
- Where do we have to go from an entrepreneurial perspective?
- Who is our target group? How people tick?
- Which content needs to be combined and processed in a way that fits the target group?
As a result of these questions, we are entering into the development and processing of a new strategy. Therefore, we will focus on the particularly relevant design of new tailor-made learning and further training programs as the main focus. Finally, together with the implementation, it is examined how sustainable and probably a successful implementation is. After all, it is important that you have the appropriate “recipe” for all target groups and external groups such as customers, suppliers and partners. The feedback, which has to be incorporated into a new optimized structure, is especially relevant.
It is therefore important to ensure that a balanced number of methods and media are used. So we can then integrate the joint work into a good further training concept. The important thing is to use the possibilities and methods that are available to you. In other words: methods which have proven themselves in the home so far and are highly accepted. This allows rapid internal acceptance and motivation of the participants. While we are incorporating the existing methods, we will also integrate appropriate new methods and media, like eLearning, webinars, group work, and more. This allows you to achieve a remarkable result!
Use my expertise – it’s worth it!
I would like to emphasize the fact that the transformations I have so far carried out with individual methods as well as blended learning concepts. In addition, it has to be added that this has been implemented in several languages and, above all, in different countries. These were partly in China; Germany; France; Italy; Japan; Austria; Switzerland and USA.
Please keep in mind that during the implementation of the one or the other measure changes can already be made. Possibly the project team changes, the selected target group has changed, the order is another, etc. Also and, above all, continuing education is subject to change, and so it is in many places to think of a permanent optimization and to give space for it as well.
What do you get from it?
With a good education, you can stimulate the skills and talents of your employees. Whether it’s an understanding of checklists or the ability to train to think the corner and be creative. Or it is more about working together to strengthen teamwork. No matter how you turn it, the result is a higher employee satisfaction because of good education. This makes the company more efficient and more motivated. The exchange is strengthened and the employees can thus concentrate on customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to the overall success of the company. To conclude, this also automatically increases the level of knowledge in the company, the exchange is facilitated and you thus secure your competitiveness through sustainability.
What makes me sad!
What always makes me sad, however, is the widespread practice that if a company is bad or worse, the first saving measures are the education budgets!
Unfortunately this is only very short-term thought and sooner or later this decision brings back the company again. Suddenly know how is missing at the most different corners and now the personnel areas have to stamp out something very quickly from the ground, which probably then goes past the goal. In other words, it is often the case that such a mammoth event is that a great deal of money has to be spent.
If we act according to the motto “everything in moderation” we have a chance to achieve a continuous change. Just think about your production area. Do you buy a new machine when the other one is broken? No of course not, because if this is not running you produce nothing. So do you plan ahead? You inform yourselves in advance and plan a clean transition so that neither production stands still nor a supply stop arises. If you now transfer this to the continuing education it is also like a delivery stop. When we do not train our brains anymore we get rusty. Newly learned topics seep away in everyday life and are only reactively tedious.
Plan ahead and stay tuned – it’s worth it!
