In order to understand one’s own dynamism and between people, in teams and in organizations, we have to search beyond the thoughts and behavior behind the underlying motivation. This motivation causes the thoughts and the human behavior. In the change profile, we can see where we are. Whether we are facing a blockade, for example, or are currently moving a lot. And we also see where stability is visible and how I can regain stability. Here it is very clear to us whether we WANT to change at all!
