Personality development usually takes place during coaching, but also happens permanently through you. We all experience new things every day. That is why we react differently to every change. While we get used to one or the other, there are many things that keep us going. That’s why we can even slip into the so-called devil’s circle, which always turns us in the wheel.
Personality development usually takes place during coaching, but also happens permanently through you. Therefore, in order to get out of this dilemma, I must take different perspectives. This is only possible if I am willing to use different methods. I’d like to introduce you here.
Oh yes – personality development is something for everyone!

I use different methods in my conversations with my coachees, clients and customers.
Remarkable methods – as excerpt:
A very exciting and all-encompassing method is the integral approach either alone or even more powerful in conjunction with Spiral Dynamics. Thus, wonderful questions can be formulated with the view to “thinking, feeling, acting” in connection with the “knowledge, skills, behavior”. Both will be looked from the point of view of the individual. From the perspective of the community and the collective it is about structures, process and products as well as about values, culture and relationship.
Culture- and structure profil
The cultural and structural profile offers an outstanding analysis possibility. It is evaluated on the basis of the integral approach and spiral dynamics. Interventions and change processes in organizations can only be successful if the culture and the systems in the organization are in harmony with the deeper motivations of the employees. You cannot change people, but you create the necessary environment for them!
Personality and team analysis
Personality and team analysis, as well as the analysis of corporate culture and values, is an opportunity to discover topics that would otherwise have been undetected. It opens the way for new ways and new ideas and helps to stay at the pace of the times. It is not about pushing people into one box. But it is about the use of various possibilities to move new things and to perceive and value the bouquet of human diversity.
An incredible model is Spiral Dynamics and thus a brilliant method. It helps us to understand ourselves and others better. It also helps to recognize one’s own personality, the whole bouquet of great abilities, values and motifs.
The model explains a great deal, for example, about business models, company culture, leadership, self-responsibility and processes. It shows how everything develops and why it stops at one place or another and then goes smoothly again.
The systemic setup visualizes the system, the structure, the situation in which you are. So the resulting image shows WHERE YOU stand and WHAT it does with you and the situation.
The transactional analysis shows which part dominates our personality and what we have taken from our childhood. Of behavior, values and beliefs, and we can see who our inner impulses are. That is why it makes sense to combine this method with others. Therefore we get a better overall picture.
Another method is a personal change profile. It makes clear how well your current life and work environment fits you. Whether and how much tension you perceive, how much change there is at the moment in your life, and how you feel it.
In combination with a change profile, a personal value profile based on Spiral Dynamics® is also a great method. It makes it clear that every person is motivated, but not just the same things as others.
Economic or business astrology
Finally another method named economic astrology or astrological psychology. It is a very efficient method to accompany the people. Their notable goal is to increase the freedom of man. It is about empowering people to recognize their destiny and to influence themselves.
It has nothing to do with esotericism, but helps to open up, deal with new things and connect them with many other models and theories.
