This worked through online sessions
On two dates, a participant from the junior staff program and I made up for two missed modules online via Skype.
So, we had the content reviewed together with the photo logs from the two modules. We also worked out the tasks and exercises that had taken place in the face-to-face training. Like online coaching, it was very intensive and exhausting for the participant.
Nevertheless, she was very grateful, and it was a great opportunity to catch up with the content and be on par with the others.
This is an excellent way to compensate for absenteeism. AND it is a good start for further homework and the following module with the junior staff group 2.
