Kling Automaten GmbH
Together with the management and all the regional managers from Kling, a two-day workshop aimed to weld them together. Also we had to form a unity, so that they learn a respectful approach and learn to think in a solution-oriented manner. It was also about finding the way to admit mistakes and working together on solutions.
Together, we followed the issue of leadership. What is actually leadership? Which tasks does a management have? What do communication; motivation and personality have to do with leadership? Why is the view on one’s own person, the management style and also his own time management so important? What do we have to do to be a good leader? We have made a complete sweeping blow to find out what the local authorities can do for themselves and their employees. However, it was also particularly relevant to give them a boost for and in their role as executives to stay healthy.
The effects of stress on leadership and the often associated repression process have resulted in a lot of aha effects. It was also clear very quickly, why and in what direction a change process is influenced or displaced.
As a result this opened the way for a further program because they wanted to intensify the respective topics. One year later, therefore we build up a large management program to strengthen the management in systemic leadership systemic leadership.
