My professional advice is based on the mutual trust between my client and me. In doing so, I use my personal, social and professional consulting skills to help you stand aside.

I would like to accompany you here in your process. My systematic view of complexity and connections is not about right or wrong. Rather, it is about appropriate relationships and not about “either … or”, but “AS WELL … AS”.
Each consultation is individual and cannot be pushed into any drawer!
Together with you I am in the middle. I do not work out of the “consultant pulpit”. No matter what topic it is. I do not teach you, I give you ideas, ask many questions and develop new solutions together with you. I know the interplay of positions and interests. While we work together we link skills and talents with your motivation. So I always have an eye for the human in the process, without losing the process itself from the eye!
This is how I provide you with my personal experience as well as continuous further training as an expert. I also have the ability to listen and ask without evaluating. I am reflected, open and independent for you. In this way, upcoming tasks, problems and conflicts can be dealt with in the dialogue and clarified.
The course and the results of the consultation are always dependent on the question which you ask for me. Thus, each consultation and each order is individually different.
Areas of activity in the consultancy
- I support you in career or succession planning. This is either the succession of the company or a succession of managers, or rather programs for young managers.

- From this, different situations can arise which often bring conflicts to light.
- Another area of consultancy is the provision of educational advice with the development of further training concepts for your employees. Well-trained employees are the essential thing in the company, so sophisticated concepts are important.
Process and course in the consulting
- At the beginning, information is collected
- New ideas and the possibility to implement them are also brought together
- Then hypotheses are made and lined with clear measures
- Finally, a concrete process sequence can now be defined
- The first step is an accurate analysis of your current situation in the company or in the private environment
- Now, the conception and definition of goals, strategies and fields of action begins. Possibly steps backwards are necessary, should the hypotheses no longer reach
- It is also important to communicate knowledge about the new processes and tasks and to involve all stakeholders
- After all, it is about the transfer of the new topics to all parties involved. The transfer works only when the practice of important steps or the learning of new activities and behavior is also the focus
- Afterwards, further consultations can be held to accompany the change permanently in order to remain in the positive momentum
- It is also possible that training measures are emerging from the fields of action, which are still being implemented
- In order to make the systemic loop round, the actions should then be reflected. Until all possibilities are exhausted and you are satisfied with the process
